Being in therapy and having hope go hand in hand. Give yourself some hope.

Stress of all kinds can become overwhelming and get you down. Take the risk to come back up.

About My Work

As a private practitioner of psychoanalytic psychotherapy, I welcome a diverse range of clients into my practice. I have experience helping people with many different issues, including:
  • Major life transitions
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Identity questions
  • Fears of intimacy
  • Isolation
  • Family issues
  • Depression, anxiety, or stress
  • Anger
  • LGBT coming out
  • Addictions and other compulsions
  • Career stresses
  • Health-related challenges
  • Personality struggles
  • Low self-esteem
  • Trust
  • Couples treatment
I take very seriously my role as psychotherapist and my responsibility to provide a treatment frame in which you may challenge the status quo regarding feelings and situations in your life.

Being and living your life as the real you is the ultimate, long-term goal of psychotherapy. The results are life altering and enduring.
