• Initial Office Consultation for Individuals or Couples (per 45 minute session): $150.00
• Psychotherapy for Individuals (per 45 minute session): $150.00
• Psychotherapy for Couples (per 45 minute session): $150.00
• Sessions are conducted in English or Italian

Insurance Reimbursement

As an L.C.S.W. with the "R" privilege, I am recognized as a reimbursable psychotherapist with insurance companies whose contracts include reimbursement of qualified psychologists and psychiatrists. Therefore, I issue statements with sufficient information for my clients to submit to their insurance companies for any "out of network" reimbursement to which they are entitled. If you are not sure whether your health care plan offers "out of network" mental health coverage, it may be worthwhile to find out. If not, you could be losing out on benefits that are rightfully yours.

Payment

Cash or checks payable to Susan D'Addario, LCSW are accepted. Payment is made at the time of service.

Scheduling

Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. For the busy individual who needs to get home or is booked after work, the early morning and daytime hours offer options for "before office" and "lunch time" sessions. The hours also accommodate those with flexible daytime schedules.
